Beautiful tree, great service
My first tree came damaged. I believe the shipper is more at fault. The company clearly marks the box direction. I addressed the plants condition with the support team at FGT and they recommended planting the tree to see how it responded. Unfortunately, the damaged side of the tree didn’t recover. Once I provided some progress photos they immediately offered to replace the tree. I was relieved and very thankful they were so quick to offer replacement and have it delivered so promptly. After all is said and done, the new tree is beautiful and even half the original tree looks incredible vibrant
