1. Eligibility for Promo Codes

Promo Codes are available only to:

Customers purchasing for personal use (not for resale, bulk purchasing, or other commercial purposes), unless expressly authorized in writing by Trees.com

By using a Promo Code, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and acknowledge that Trees.com may refuse, suspend, or cancel any order that it reasonably believes is associated with ineligible or unauthorized use.

2. Promo Code Expiration & Validity

All Promo Codes are valid only during the stated promotional period
Expired Promo Codes cannot be applied to orders
Certain promotions may be limited by inventory, seasonality, or geographic availability

3. How to Use a Trees.com Promo Code

To redeem a Promo Code:

Add eligible trees or plants to your cart
Enter the Promo Code at checkout
Click “Apply” to see your discount

Important:

Promo Codes must be correctly entered and applied at checkout and cannot be added, reinstated, or adjusted after your purchase is submitted.
Only one Promo Code may be used per order unless otherwise expressly stated in the specific promotional offer.

4. Trees.com Promo Codes:

Cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, loyalty rewards, or sitewide promotions unless explicitly stated in the promotional details provided by Trees.com.
Are personal to the recipient, non-transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash or store credit.
May be limited to specific products, categories, or collections, or to specific customer segments, as determined by Fast Growing Trees in its sole discretion.

Common exclusions include:

Gift cards
Shipping, handling, delivery fees, or surcharges (including, without limitation, oversized or specialty shipping fees), unless the specific promotional offer expressly states otherwise
Plant care services or warranties

5. Minimum Purchase Requirements

Some Promo Codes require a minimum purchase amount:

Minimum spend must be met before taxes and shipping.
Gift cards and excluded items do not count toward the minimum. If a return, cancellation, or order adjustment causes your order total to fall below any required minimum spend, Trees.com may reduce your refund by the value of the Promo Code discount previously applied or otherwise recalculate the discount in its discretion.

6. Returns, Refunds & Discounts

If you return an item purchased with a Promo Code:

Refunds will reflect only the discounted purchase price actually paid for the applicable items and will not include the value of any discount, promotion, or other offer.
Promo Codes will not be reissued, reinstated, or refunded after use, including where an order is returned, canceled, partially returned, or otherwise adjusted.

Shipping, handling, and related fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Trees.com or required by applicable law.

Trees.com offers a Live Plant Guarantee on many products. Please note:

Promo Codes do not alter or expand any applicable product guarantees or warranties, which remain subject to their own terms
Replacement or refund eligibility is based on the original purchase terms
Guarantee coverage may vary depending on plant type and care conditions

8. Climate Zone & Seasonal Limitations

Due to the nature of live plants:

Some Promo Codes may only apply to plants available for your USDA growing zone
Availability may vary based on seasonality, weather conditions, and shipping restrictions
Trees.com reserves the right to delay, adjust, or cancel orders based on shipping feasibility, inventory, or environmental conditions.
Orders may be adjusted or canceled if items cannot be safely shipped to your location

9. Shipping & Inventory Availability

Promo Codes and promotional offers are subject to product availability and apply only to eligible items that are in stock or otherwise expressly identified as available for pre-order or backorder at the time of purchase. Quantities may be limited, and availability may vary by product, size, shipping destination, growing zone, seasonality, weather conditions, and shipping feasibility. Trees.com intends to maintain quantities reasonably anticipated to satisfy expected demand for each advertised promotion; however, unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise, all promotions are available only while supplies last, no substitutions are offered, and Trees.com may limit, delay, adjust, cancel, or refuse orders if inventory is unavailable, depleted, incorrectly displayed, or cannot be safely shipped. Any quantity limits, geographic restrictions, expiration dates, exclusions, or other material limitations will be disclosed in the applicable promotional offer or at checkout.
Trees.com reserves the right to limit quantities per order, per household, per account, or per promotion in its sole discretion.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on plant readiness, inventory levels, weather conditions, and destination. Trees.com does not guarantee delivery by any particular date unless expressly stated in the applicable offer.

10. Fraud, Misuse & Abuse

Promo Codes are intended for legitimate use only. Trees.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

Cancel or refuse to honor orders that violate these Terms or the terms of any specific promotional offer.
Disable Promo Codes obtained through unauthorized, fraudulent, or misleading channels, or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
Limit, suspend, or block accounts or specific customers that Trees.com reasonably believes are engaging in suspicious, abusive, or high-risk promotional activity.

11. Modifications & Termination of Promotions

Trees.com may:

Modify, suspend, or terminate Promo Codes or promotional programs, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, including after a Promo Code has been distributed, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any such modification, suspension, or termination will apply prospectively unless Trees.com determines, in its reasonable discretion, that an order or attempted redemption involves fraud, misuse, abuse, unauthorized distribution, a pricing or promotional error, a technical or system issue, inventory unavailability, shipping infeasibility, or other circumstances that prevent lawful or commercially reasonable fulfillment. Trees.com may refuse, cancel, adjust, or refund affected orders in those circumstances. Material limitations, including expiration dates, quantity limits, eligible products, exclusions, geographic or shipping restrictions, minimum purchase requirements, stacking restrictions, and any “while supplies last” limitation, will be disclosed in the applicable promotional offer, on the Site, or at checkout.
Correct pricing, typographical, or other promotional errors, including by canceling or adjusting affected orders, issuing refunds, or adjusting charges as needed.
