100-Degree Temps & Going Strong
The Emperor Japanese Maple tree arrived with one broken branch, however, only one broke compared to many healthy and intact. Delivery was late August in Zone 6 and we had almost 2 weeks of 100-degree temps at the time. We watered a lot; sometimes morning and night when it was so hot. It's now October 1st and we've seen a couple leaves that are glowing red!!! Some leaves look a little too dry for my liking (see pics), but it's cooling off here now and I'm sure in time, this tree will be all we've hoped it to be! Our landscaper was not able to source this variety of tree for us, but trees. com came through for us... again!

The tree looked great right out of the box. It has been in the ground over two weeks now, I water it regularly and it looks good. I am very happy with the purchase.
Great tree
Tree arrived on time and was in great shape. We have planted it and so far we have kept it alive. The leaves have a little brown on the edges, but think it is from shock.
