Excellent
My interactions with the salesperson was great. The salesperson had wonderful manners and assisted me with my order. The plants arrived in a timely manner. Also, the plants were alive with strong root systems. I appreciated the way in which the plants were packaged with care! Thanks for a rewarding experience!
Love my trees!!
Beautiful specimens. Very well packaged. They are happy little Dwarf Italian Cypress trees and I can’t wait to plant them. I will definitely order from Trees.com again. I was skeptical, but reviews were consistently promising, so I decided to give them a try! I am not disappointed in the least. They send quality, thriving, potted plants - packaged with care. Very impressed.
Perfect
Cypress was perfect. Described perfectly on their site, transaction was easy, boxed perfectly, great care instructions and looks amazing.
Excellent product and service!
It had a rough beginning. It arrived in a box that looked like it had been run over by a truck! But, you packaged it so well it came out relatively unscathed. It is now planted and seems to be doing great! I read the suggestions you sent and followed them, so I am not expecting any problems. I am very pleased with this item and look forward to buying from you again!
The trees arrived a little
The trees arrived a little “tired” but have responded well. One was a little taller than the other but I found that the taller one had a perfect spot to shorten it up. They look great in our entry pots. I do have a question, is it appropriate to use the green plastic 1/2 inch tape to lightly tie up two or three stems that have pulled away from the body of the plant? After about a month will they be strong enough to stay in place so I can remove the tape?
