Popular Hedge for Complete Year-Round Privacy
Why Nellie Stevens Hollies?
The Nellie Stevens has soared in popularity. Why? Well, for starters, it's the ideal selection for both hedging and privacy screening, especially since it grows up to 3 feet each year.
Plus, it thrives on neglect. No green thumb is no problem since they grow in sun or partial shade. And you'll appreciate how these holly trees stay deep green year-round, unlike other hedge trees that can brown out during either the summer heat or mild droughts.
Plant each Nellie Stevens Holly 5 to 6 feet apart for a living wall that gives you complete privacy, no holes and no gaps. You control how they grow - whether that's naturally into a dense, pyramidal shape that matures at 15 to 25 feet in height, or pruned into a tall box hedge.
What is a Jumbo Nellie Stevens Holly Shrub?
Jumbo shrubs are the most mature shrubs offered at Trees.com. Thanks to their well-developed root systems and large container size, they provide excellent drought resistance and improved nutrient absorption. Jumbos are ideal for creating immediate privacy and adding fullness to your garden beds without the wait.
Grown in limited quantities, Jumbo shrubs are perfect for homeowners who want fast results and a lasting impression in their landscape.

They are great and I'm
They are great and I'm looking forward to the time when they grow to be about 6' tall.
We ordered a 10-pack of
We ordered a 10-pack of the one gallon Nellie Stevens Hollies. They arrived promptly in pots with well developed root systems and healthy foliage. They were well packaged and we have no doubt that they will flourish here just outside of Atlanta, GA. The discounted price didn’t hurt either. Thanks for selling exactly what you advertised.

I got them planted last
I got them planted last weekend. They came via FedEx and looked great! I was a little leery about how they would travel but pleasantly surprised. They are located outside my privacy fence to help abate traffic noise. I watered them last night and they look great. There is even some fresh growth. I decided to order more for additonal areas.
Nellie Stevens Holly Shrubs are beautiful and perfect!
We recently received all 24 of them. They were all in excellent condition and they are already growing nicely and even have some new shoots of green coming out on them. Ya'll have done a great job in getting us just what we needed. They all seem very healthy and the color is beautiful. Thank you!
